Geisha And Maiko-san, Genkyuen Garden

It is a garden near Hikone Castle (see the post on 19 August). Inside the garden there is a tea-ceremony house - Hoshodai. It was an unexpected encounter with Geisha and Maiko, an apprentice geisha. In sign of respect for their identity, I covered the faces in the photos. You can enjoy the beauty of their wear and the hair decorations, as well as the refined atmosphere of this place.
