Many gathered to exercise and dance there despite the cloudy sky on that day. It even rained at some point, and people were dancing in the rain. Literally.
I used to live in Kobe and in the park nearby people would gather every single morning at 6am for Radio Taiso. Whether it is sunny or rainy, many people come and exercise together.
Looks beautiful. The ship on the first picture made me think about Cutty Sark - I saw her before she burned - such a magnificent ship....
